Privacy Policy
Last updated: 24 August 2026
This policy explains what personal data this site receives, why it is needed, who it is shared with and how you can control it.
Who processes your data
- Runvex is a project run by a private individual based in Ukraine. For anything related to your data: runvex.tech@gmail.com or Telegram @runvex_tech.
- We process the minimum: only what is needed to reply to your enquiry.
What data we receive
- From the form on the Contact page: your name, a contact detail (email or Telegram), an optional budget range and the text of your message.
- Automatically on the hosting side: technical request logs (IP address, browser type, timestamp). Any web server produces these — they are needed for security and diagnostics.
- If you message the demo bot on Telegram: your Telegram profile and the buttons you press. The bot stores nothing — the dialogue state travels inside the buttons themselves.
- Anonymous visit statistics: the page address, where you came from, the link's UTM tags, device and browser type and country. This data contains no cookies and no device identifiers — no individual person can be identified from it.
- We do not collect payment details, we run no advertising pixels and we do no profiling.
Why, and on what legal basis
- There is a single purpose: to answer your enquiry and discuss possible work together.
- The basis is your consent, given when you submit the form yourself, plus the legitimate interest of responding to prospective clients.
- Your data is not used for mailings without your separate consent.
Who the data is shared with
- Vercel Inc. — site hosting: every request to the site passes through it.
- Telegram — this is where a form submission is delivered, into the Runvex owner's chat.
- Umami Software, Inc. — anonymous site visit statistics.
- Nobody else. We do not sell data and do not pass it to third parties for advertising.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and correspondence — for as long as the conversation about your request continues, and no longer than 24 months after the last contact.
- Hosting logs — under Vercel's own retention rules, typically up to 30 days.
- You can ask us to delete your data sooner — see the section on your rights.
Cookies
- The site uses no analytics or advertising cookies.
- One technical cookie is used (NEXT_LOCALE) to remember your chosen language. Such a cookie is strictly necessary for the site to work, so no consent banner is shown.
- Site analytics runs without cookies and without device identifiers, so no consent banner is shown. If cookie-based analytics or advertising is ever added, a consent banner will be introduced and this policy updated before they go live.
Your rights
- You have the right to know what data we hold about you, obtain a copy, correct inaccuracies, request deletion or restriction of processing, and withdraw consent.
- To exercise any of these rights, write to runvex.tech@gmail.com — we reply within 30 days.
Security
- The site is served over HTTPS only.
- Only the owner of Runvex has access to submissions; keys and tokens live in hosting environment variables, never in the code.
- No transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send passwords, payment details or scans of documents through the form.
Children
- The site is intended for business communication and is not directed at people under 16; we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
- We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, with the date shown at the top.
- If a change materially affects data you have already sent us, we will notify you at your contact.
