I got into automation through a simple observation: in most businesses, people spend every day doing by hand what a machine would do faster, cheaper and without mistakes. Copying leads into a spreadsheet, checking competitor prices, answering the same questions — that's not work for a person, that's work for code.
My favorite moment is when an owner first sees leads landing in the CRM by themselves and a report arriving in Telegram on its own. And the first question is usually the same: "so it just runs without me now?" Yes — that is the point.

How you are not taking a risk
Staged payment — 30 / 40 / 30
30% to start, 40% after the first working demo, 30% on delivery. You make the second payment having already seen a working result, not a promise.
Deposit refund
The delivery window starts the day I receive the deposit and every access item on the starting list. If you stop the work before the first demo, the deposit is refunded in full. After the first demo the deposit is not refunded, but you take the source code of everything already built.
Missed deadline
The first demo is the message in which I send you a link to a working version. If I miss the agreed deadline by more than 7 days, the deposit is refunded in full. There is one exception: delays on your side — access not granted, silence longer than 5 working days, a change to the agreed scope. Each such case shifts the deadline by exactly its own duration.
Progress demos — every 7 days
Every 7 days you see a working result, not a report about one.
Fixed price
I quote the price and deadline before work starts — and they don't change mid-project.
Post-launch support
30 days of free support — fixes and small improvements included. After that — $35/hour, no retainer.
